On Oct. 24 my car was parked in a parking lot next to the kitchen entrance at Valley Brook Country Club from 9:30 a.m. til 11:30 a.m.. I was under 40 ft. away but behind a tall hedge on a platform tennis court with several other ladies. It was a Monday and the club is closed to members. I heard a crashing sound but thought it was someone dropping a dolly as there are often workers in the lot and a dumpster. At 11:30 I came around the hedge only to find that my car had the entire side smashed into and scraped! There was no note, the driver just left. I checked with the business office and only 1 truck had made a delivery during that time, Zilka & Company. I also saw the top of the truck and knew it had been there. There were no other cars or trucks near me, there was no one else there! I filed a police report and had my insurance company talk with their Fleet Manager. The driver that day denied hitting my car even though the passenger told the Policeman that they acknowledged they were "close" to my car and that there was damage to my car.
It's too bad the driver could not have done the right thing and admit his error. I have a $500 deductible and am extremely disappointed that Zilka and their insurance company did not accept responsibility.
It makes me wonder about the caliber of people that they have working for them and about their business practices.

Live unload I checked in backed into my door got unloaded had my paperwork signed and was on my way in a matter of 25 minutes. What more could you ask for?
