We went here for a couples night on a Friday. We sat outside on a lovely evening with live music playing. We ordered one item from each course on the menu lingered over our food for over two hours and had a lovely time. You definitely pay for the farm-to-table experience and the ambience but I believe it is worth it.

A beautiful setting and very hospitality staff, but menu lacks diversity and food quality and portions not up to par for big city prices. We had to send back 2 dishes including a $26 chicken plate that could not of had more than 1 oz of chicken. The manger came over and addressed it quickly acknowledging the portion as a mistake. Our their dish was ice cold (pork). Sadly, as this place has grown it seems to have lost a bit of its charm. The old barn and the adjoining, recently improved, outside terrace are really special, but the attempts to make this upscale has really changed the way we view the restaurant. The dinner menu is small serving tiny courses and will run you about $40 per person (without drinks, dessert, or coffee). Our recent dinner experiences have been mediocre at best and at $150 per couple that's a deal breaker. Unfortunately, entrΓ©es only for dinner, so having a burger or chicken sandwich is not an option. This is bad because we often have friends visit who would love to see the property, but don't want to drop $200+ for their teenagers and they to have dinner. Too bad.

Lunch used to be served outside from a window and the pork and burgers were great, but with the recent changes there's only table service and our two sandwiches and a split salad ran nearly $50 with tip. BYOB and that's a pricey burger. As mentioned, the property is beautiful, but I just don't feel like there's much value here once everything is tallied up.

Food is delicious, the setting is gorgeous. I enjoy the rotating menu - we get new options every time we go, since we don't make it out too often! Always an interesting selection, with classics and twists on classics. The service can be a little slow, but that's part of the experience of a more laid-back meal. A little pricey, but not too bad when you consider the high quality, local provenance of the food.

I would give it 5 stars based on experience as the setting and views are all amazing. The food however was just okay and overpriced. We got the pork terrine as an appetizer which actually was surprisingly really good. I then got the beef shoulder and was very under impressed. It was dry and tasted exactly like a pot roast made in a crock pot. My wife's entree was just okay as well. We then got the honey pie for dessert and it was actually amazing but sure better be for $9.50 a piece. The place has a lot of potential but still has quite a ways to go to justify spending that much.

-Atmosphere: Very upscale and cool.
-Breakfast: Outstanding.
-Next visit...a private dinner for our friend's birthday: perfect location, but the food was not as good as it could have been.
-When the owner found out that we were underwhelmed, he went out of his way to ensure that we were all happy and satisfied. A smart guy and the right thing to do. We were very grateful.

Overall a great place to go and a wonderful experience. The owner gets it: understands good service, and it's value. I'd highly recommend this farm to all family and friends.

My burger and fries were delicious, but it was way overpriced and it seemed to take a long time to prepare it. Of course, the scenery there is beautiful. I do not understand why the pricing cannot be more reasonable. Nineteen dollars for a burger and fries is rather steep. It seems like many other diners feel the same way.

I grew up in the area long before the farm was a restaurant and it is now one of my absolute favorite places by far!! The food alone is always incredible and prepared just right. The service is wonderful and so inviting regardless the day in the week or time of the day. I recommend this place to anyone who can appreciate how fresh food should be prepared. I also recommend Wyebrook to anyone dealing with allergies and or food restrictions. I am Gluten and Dairy free and they have always been so helpful and I have never had an allergic reaction to any meal I've enjoyed there.
