I frequently purchase from Wishbone at the Sea Island Farmer's Market, and have enjoyed everything I've ever gotten. I've tried various cuts of chicken, sausages, eggs, etc, and have found everything I've bought to be full of flavor and of exceptional quality. The difference in flavor between Wishbone products and traditional grocery store meat is enough to justify spending a bit more in my eyes.

David (the owner of Wishbone) has the best and healthiest eggs, sausage, and meats. We started buying our produce from him almost 10 years ago when our kids were young and wanted the best, healthiest, and natural foods for them. He also has an incredible passion for farming, his animals, and delicious food he produces. If you have a chance, visit the farm on one of the farm days and see where your food comes from and get inspired!!

We started ordering from the Charleston area in the fall, deliveries were dependable and well packaged and the food is amazing! Great quality meats, the eggs are fresh and delicious - as farm grown eggs should be. The sausage is very well seasoned and tasty too. We love being able to support regenerative practices, eat delicious quality food that's been treated right through buying from this farm!

Best eggs in Charleston! David is passionate about producing meat and eggs sustainably, in pastures, with non-GMO feed and with great care for his animals. I cook the chicken sausage every week—all of the options are perfectly seasoned. Thanks to Wishbone for such healthy and mindfully produced food—Charleston is lucky to have this farm!

A few years ago my daughter and I got to enjoy the day helping Farmer David out on his farm washing and sorting eggs. Soo many eggs, soo many great memories. We helped feed and water the new broiler chicks. We were "paid" handsomely with a home cooked lunch and came home with eggs and some beautiful sausages. Great property! Great small farming business. Farmer David and WISHBONE FARMS is Awesome!!!

I buy my eggs from Farmer David, Wishbone Heritage Farms. The reason this is my go to for eggs is that David is deeply devoted to sustainable farming. His hens are pasture-raised beyond the government standards for free-range flocks. I won’t buy mega-farm eggs. Ever. Wishbone also offers delicious pork chops and sausages.
