Forget all big stores if you're shopping for veggies, fruits and greens. That's the only place to go to.
Unbelievably affordable,superb quality and service.

I love this little market. We have been buying produce here since 2015. There are always a great variety of fruits and vegetables for a very reasonable price. the quality of produlllis amazing.
Also, the people are very nice here.

Went once and now it’s my go to place for veggies and fruits.. lots of variety in organic and nonorganic produce. Most items are fresh and you will save $$ when compared with Whole Foods or lucky or Safeway prices.. bakery items are also good and reasonably priced. Loved the sweet roll/bun which goes well with coffee or just plain. Will recommend for sure.

Best price I saw in East Bay among all the farmer’s markets and grocery store!
Very fresh fruits and vegetables.
Easy parking in the back.

Update 10/14/2023 so happy to see continue at windmill. Halloween is a special time as they have pumpkins galore. I’m heading zoo and a jumpy. The produce is always fresh and the people are always polite.

The standard in quality of fruit, vegetables and so much more is Windmill. They are a great place and even through the pandemic they provided fresh produce. During Halloween season they have pumpkins and animals for petting along with pumpkins

They have all kinds of pumpkins. If you are looking for a variety of pumpkins for Halloween, this is the place. Most pumpkin patches will have bounce house and you have to pay for it. This place has a free bounce for kids. The farmers market is another plus. Reasonable rate and clean vegetables and fruits.

I visited this place last week and bought some vegetables and fruits. Unfortunately, just two days later, I had to throw everything away because the produce was old and nasty It seemsit seems like the price went uLast week, I stopped by this spot and picked up some fruits and vegetables. Sadly, only two days passed before I had to toss everything out since the produce was old and nasty. It seems like the price went up, making it not worthwhile anymore. I won't be going back there.

Came here today for the small pumpkin patch and was pleasantly surprised by the couple of cute animals (goats, ducks and chicken). The kids had fun running around the pumpkins and the little maze. We also were able to buy some veggies and herbs. An hour well spent!
