This market was pretty good. The seating is a little rough, but the auctioneer was very clear and they gave out "door prizes" which I thought was pretty cool. Food was good here too.

Every time the owner purchases he gives the lowest amount possible. We always do great when someone else buys. If you question him on price he will say they “looked sick” or “had a bad leg.” When they were in perfect health when we dropped them off. Yesterday we took a calf and they were unnecessarily rough. Threw her out of the trailer. We didn’t accept the price this time and brought her home. She died today.

They just banned Horse Plus Humane Society In TN from attending any further horse auctions. They refuse to give any reason. Horse Plus has been purchasing horses at their auction for the last 8 years. The majority of these rescued horses are in poor and even critical condition, some even having to be euthanized before they leave the auction facility. Horse Plus conducted a small quiet protest across from their facility that you can view on YouTube. All they are requesting is to be allowed back into the auction to continue rescuing horses.

They banned Horse Plus Humane rescue for showing a horse who suffered terribly from a botched castration at the Market after a sale. Horse Plus stepped in and purchased the horse from the new buyer and humanely euthanizing the horse. Why would you ban a group that truly cares about horses.

We were in tennessee. At Wilson livestock auction TO LOOK at some horses. Then I had been wanted to look at. We went in as just looking at Animals all the pins. There were so many mistreated horses there. It was awful all the animals there were treated awfully.

It’s a real shame you’ve banned horse plus.. if it’s true a horse was neutered on you property by a person without qualifications, leading to a diabolical outcome for the animal.. this is animal abuse, people in your position should be setting a good example not abusing animals!
