I met a friend this past week it was to my pleasure it was extremely comfortable and cool throughout the entire facility! Don't let the heat deter you from checking this cool brewery out! The owner is very friendly and accommodating, as was all the staff! Brew Grub Food Truck is
serving chicken, sliders, Mac and cheese and more! It’s a toss up between the pork slider and Mac and cheese with pepper Jack topped with scallions! Why pick order both! The beers we tried were great Blonde Ale, summer ale are lighter and refreshing for the hot weather. My friend has been to the establishment before and really enjoyed the atmosphere, and brews as well! We stayed and ordered a Hazy and that went down very smoothly as well. Great place to gather with friends, watch a game, beat the heat! I'm sure we will back and definitely recommend checking it out!

Tucked away on a side street of the city, Willow Rock Brewing is a hidden gem on the Syracuse area brewery scene. The service provided by Scott was fantastic, and for the first time in a long time, EVERY BEER we sampled in our flights were worthy of a Growler for home. Willow Rock sports an IMPRESSIVE line up of beers. The grounds had a large interior space for hanging out, as well as, picnic tables outside to enjoy the weather. Willow Rock will be a regular stop for us when brewery hopping.

One of the best in the Syracuse area. Great variety. Esb and West Coast IPA we're both on point, stylistically. Brought home some interesting varieties I look forward to trying too.

A hidden gem. It is truly a brewery. They have good bar food, friendly staff and excellent beers. Worth the visit.

Brewery and taproom in a gigantic industrial space. The bar section is closed off in glass for some reason, that section looks more like a brewpub, with seats at the bar and a few tables. No food, just pretzels. Service was friendly and efficient. We tried a few beers, including a kettle sour, Scotch ale and Irish stout. I really appreciated the different styles, it's a great change of pace from the "10 taps, all IPAs". The quality of the beers were very good also. Prices were okay. We had a good time here, and grabbed some beers to go.

Willow Rock Brewing is a fantastic spot to stop on your way to capitalize capital r or just hang out and enjoy the atmosphere. The vine is cool, with plenty of space to relax. Their selection of beers, ciders and Seltzer's is excellent and the food is just as good - I highly recommend the mango habanero burger.
