1000% the best hidden gem we’ve stumbled upon!!!! It’s a self-guided petting zoo and it’s free admission, with the ability to donate if you would like to. All the animals are so friendly & so many love people. The horses were soooo cute and we will definitely be back and would recommend coming. Great place

We visited Wild Hooves Farm Animal Rescue & Traveling Petting Zoo and it was such a heartwarming and unforgettable experience! The place is absolutely lovely – clean, well-kept, and full of adorable animals. We completely fell in love with one of the cats there – she was so sweet and charming! The horses, bunnies, and all the other animals were incredibly cute and friendly too.

But what made the visit even more special was the owner. She’s extremely kind, respectful. You can tell she cares deeply for the animals and puts her heart into everything she does. Her warm and positive energy made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, meaningful, and joy-filled experience!

Holy Moly!!! So much fun!! So many little critters to look at, the little sheep were baatastic. Spent a lot of time just petting the sheep. The only thing I wish is we got to see the horseys, but as soon as we went over they ran off to graze in the field very silly!

Edit: Went back the next day and pet the horses and gave them each a carrot!!

My boyfriend and I visited Wild Hooves yesterday and it was a splendid experience! Great place for a date, family fun time, or self-care activity! The animals are so sweet and gentle. You can bring your own food. I brought celery, apples, strawberries, cucumbers, baby carrots, and parsley for the animal cuties! I cut up all of the fruits and vegetables (makes feeding easier for you and more importantly the animals). There is a donation box. I left a small donation! 11/10 would recommend to anyone who loves animals and a peaceful atmosphere! I will definitely be visiting again!

This place is a true hidden gem. The animals are all so sweet and friendly. You can tell the animals are truly loved! I'm sad I didn't know we could bring food to feed them. But as frequent cedar point people, this will now be one of our mandatory stops, with snacks of course, on our way back home. If you do not have snacks, they have other ways to help a family run farm out, see picture for info. I highly recommend a visit.

I can not say enough accolades about this rescue farm - my grandaughter and I had a great time feeding the animals. We brought cut-up apples/carrots and oyster crackers. Each farm furbaby was so gentle taking it from your hand...
Your experience is free, but you can bring cash for a donation (there are a couple of boxes to deposit in)...
Absolutely, a unique and memorable adventure that we will be going back again to!!

The owner was so easy to work with. She allowed my girl scouts to visit the farm and she talked to them about caring for the animals. What a blessing she is to those animals! It's a great little place. The girls absolutely loved it!
