Just went in and Nicole waited on me. Something wrong. All workers here are smiling and in a good mood. Nicole made sure to ship my small package the best rate possible. I swear, I think owners pumping happy gas into air like casinos do. Thanks Nicole. And have a good day !!! Totally appreciate it !

Somehow whenever I use this location for mails or packages, I run into issues of lost packages or mails or long delay in the Denver USPS distribution center. Looks like the Denver USPS distribution center has even worse reviews for stolen packages or long delays. And I don't know what is the link between this location and that distribution center. However, the Arvada downtown post office works for me without issues. A mystery to solve.

The people at this post office are so nice and helpful. Phil was awesome—he helped me ship an international package and he even cut the box for me to make sure it was the correct size and then taped it up and everything. He was super thorough and knew his stuff!! Going to the post office can be a headache but this place was so friendly, I really appreciated it!! I definitely recommend coming to this location.

Great place to mail a package without having to deal with long lines. Linda did a great job communicating and I witnessed her helping a customer figure out the cheapest way to ship while finishing my sale. I appreciated that she took the time to help the lady out. It's always nice when people go out of their way to help. I would recommend coming here to ship a package. Plus it's a gift shop with all kinds of cool things to buy.

The employee's here are as rude as you can get. They won't let you use the drop off bin for packages because they don't want to "bend" into it to take packages out.

They will stop helping a customer to yell at you to set the packages to the side and not in the bin. Worst customer service ever.

One time we asked what was the purpose of a drop off bin if they won't let you use it. The ladies response was "we like looking at it".

I just want to drop off my package's without being harassed by the people that work there. I own 2 online businesses and i am in there every day. Let people go in drop off in the bin and leave them alone. I prepay for a reason. Also setting them on a random counter is a good way to lose peoples packages. I will not be thrilled if one of my customer's packages gets lost because they refused to use the drop off bin. After all that's what that bin is for. To drop off packages without contact.

Worst customer service ever, on three consecutive visits. Yesterday, so frustrated, I left without mailing my package. I decided to give them one more chance. Today, a completely different person provided snippy backtalk about where to tap my touchless credit card. She was incorrect, as evidenced by the completed transaction. I’ve had bad postal service experiences a few times, but this was far worse. Avoid this place unless you’re desperate. Find a real post office.

I managed to prove that their prices are not in line with USPS post office pricing. Provided proof of this to the manager, he agreed to refund me the serious difference in cost on package insurance but never did and will not respond to emails any further. This place should be avoided at all costs.
