“I arrived at 10 a.m. and met the guard who took photos of the truck and trailer from the inside. He told me to go to our designated truck parking area behind this building and that I would receive a text message when a dock was available. I went around the building as instructed and found a yard with other trucks. I entered and waited until I received a message at 4 p.m. I am now at the dock, but the loading process has not started yet. There is a overnight parking, but no proper restrooms except for a small, portable plastic one.”

Hey driver I arrived here early for a 11am appointment, for a drop n hook. This time i was bobtail so lucky me anyway. Check in is the little guard shack at the front. They will ask you for your po's then will tell you what to do afterwards. Left hand side of you. After you pick up your trailer you come to exit and they will give your bills after you sign & check the trailer take pics etc. Then your off. Safe driving everyone. GUARD SHACK STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY.

Security is way too thorough for no apparent reason at all don't get me wrong there's a purpose for it but damn this is not hauling $500,000 electronics and I can't even hear what he says he talks away from me and looks down like a battered dog

I'm actually editing this review to add my second time , their guards are completely disrespectful calling drivers stupid blatantly to their faces , everyone at the guard shack seems incredibly unhappy but a company at home is fine never been disrespected by any of the yard drivers or anyone in the office only by the guard staff somebody needs to evaluate these people I'm lowering my stars to one because of the guard shack

Horrible place. Arrived at 2:00 pm on February 14th, now it's 6:30 am on February 15th morning, but I'm still waiting. I'm in shock. I don't recommend this place.

I just want to shoutout to Beverly the shag driver!

New driver and I skipped my 5th wheel. Beverly saw something was amiss and came to help. He gave me some pro tips that saved me from cranking up 45,000+ pounds of beef the hard way. These pieces of wood worked like magic on the landing gear.

Thank you Beverly, you turned what was going to be an awful start of my night into a great one and as a bonus you gave me some of the wisdom you gained in your 30+ years of trucking. Whatever you're getting paid needs a couple of extra 0's behind it!

We.picked up a load here dropping the trailer on 5/16 @ 1pm and got our trailer back at 12.15pm on 5/17. 23 hour wait is too long !! People are very friendly and they have a concrete pad on the backside to park on S Platte on railroad track side. Hence the 2 stars. But be prepared to be here long. We went to 415 Bar and grill as it was within walking distance, had a beer and ate while watching the NBA playoffs 🤷‍♀️, Plenty time for that !!!
