Friendly, extremely courteous staff, great options for people with food sensitivities. Also, they have great suggestions with their samples! I've tried so many things that have become regular items in my pantry.
My favorite parts of this location are a wine bar! The pizza is a must-have, especially if you want something tasty on the go. The butchers are always helpful and even gave me tips on recipes I was working on. Oh, and the curry chicken salad in the deli is delicious!

I paid for the feast meal for Christmas. When we went to pick it up they informed us that they only had half the amount of soup that we ordered. When we picked a different option, they just went to grab it from the cold refrigerator case. I thought they were making the food fresh, but it wasn't. I could have grabbed the items myself from the cold refrigerators if I would have known that is what they meant by catering. The ham wasn't even made with the glaze and it needed to be cooked with it, same with the tri tip roast (which was halfway frozen when they gave it to us). They also pulled the bread rolls off the shelf. Nothing was hot, everything was cold and probably made days before. Nothing tasted freshly made and it was awful. I spent close to $600 and most of it was thrown away. If any of you reading this are considering a hot holiday feast, this isn't the place for it

The 2 stars is for the employee that was nice enough to help me find something and move a cart that was in the way of what I needed. The rest of my experience was like I was invisible. I guess I came on a day where employees were mainly focused on restocking and getting online grocery orders done. I actually felt like I was getting in the way most of the time and in a place where customer service really isn’t a thing.

This place becomes more filthy after each visit. The hot food bar is really gross with employees standing around and not cleaning messes. I came to buy food but now I feel nauseous after looking at all the mess surrounding me. I went back to get groceries after eating and all the mess is still there

I moved here from Virginia where we could get great bread and sushi at Whole Foods any time of the day. Here, the bread is baked at midnight and stale by the time customers get there, sushi is boring and expensive. Really disappointing

Love this Whole foods better than any other whole food I have been too .the staff are super nice and accommodating. The only downfall is the kitchen over at "the porters" majority of the time is closed so make sure to call before going .the bar is open though, bartenders are super nice and will let you try different beers to see which you like.

First time at a whole foods, I got to say a bit overpriced on a lot of their products. I did like the fact that the store is very clean and organized, they sell hot foods inside and even have patios with a fire pit to relax and eat. I am impressed with the way the store is, they aim to make you feel comfortable and almost like your at home I would say. They even have a bar inside, they serve alcohol. Overall friendly staff, fresh produce, but still pricey. I will most likely still be returning though, but to be honest some products I will still go to other markets. Plenty of parking available on the lot.

The hot food area is the worse in the valley the manager for the prepared food section needs to be fired the the whole food on Ventura has soo many options they need to hire someone that actually knows how to budget I guess and still produce a good menu
