Was a pleasure to do business with white spruce. One stop shop. Took the time to go over everything and made sure all was good before taken off with my new trailer 18 foot dove tail Dimond C car hauler.

Was able to have the dmv stuff done while sitting in the store. Also got any accessories I needed in house. Purchase a 12k warn synthetic winch, wireless remote, 6inch drop hitch, locking pins, cable install kit for winch power.

Great customer service. Was able to get a 24' trailer, tags and trailer lock and get in and out in 35 minutes. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. Even though im experienced Before i left they went over everything that i would need to know about towing the trailer safely. The prices are the best in Alaska. Mixed review:

We dropped off a trailer to have so things on it fixed on it & simultaneously purchased a second (larger) trailer.

The things to be repaired were - the trailer a side bracket was to be bent back into place, some of the lights were falling out a couple reflectors were broken & it needed a new trailer hitch because the old one was too long and you had to hit the lock with a hammer to get it to clamp down and we wanted D rings welded on the side.

When we picked up the repaired trailer - the side bracket was fixed as where the lights & reflectors were. The hitch wasn't fixed as requested, but it no longer required hitting with a hammer so we were ok with it.

There were some D rings welded ON THE TOP & some screwed INTO THE DECK, which also wasn't the way it was suppose to be - some were silver & some were black, but they'd still work so we were ok with that too.

We got down the road and I saw something dangling from the trailer in my rear view mirror - a light had already fallen out. This was one of the main issues, as this is actually ticketable as opposed to the other crap we had done.

We live 4hrs away & the light made it 20 min away from the shop before it fell out, on the HWY - not even a bumpy road.

Now it's held on with duck tape as though I didn't just pay to have it fixed. I'm not pleased! A bit of silicone would have been a no brainer.

Loved the trailer - practically to death (hence all the repairs).

Have used the new trailer & love it also.

I would recommend them if you're buying a trailer...

However, I would NOT recommend them for repairs!

The cost was reasonable, but I require things to be done right as a paying customer & that's not what I got, even after I accepted two of the three things that were done wrong to begin with.

What a great buying experience! Dan was super quick getting a quote to me. I called and came in the following day to go over a couple other options and ended up purchasing the trailer I initially had quoted. The process was fast and painless. He registered my trailer warranty for me and they even have a DMV in house so I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of registration because he took care of all that too. I will be using these guys for all of my future trailer purchasing and service needs. I could not be happier with the service and care I received!
