The new justice center is an amazing state of the art center, and an amazing addition to the community.

Westerville houses many departments and mayor's court in this beautiful building. It has a good amount of parking.

The museum is really neat and filled with interesting pieces.

Today around 4:20 am, I was driving southbound on Sunbury Rd. before Central College Ave. when I faced a flat tire situation .

Called Westerville Police for help. 2 officers showed up within couple of minutes and helped me get my spare tire on. They did that with a smile on their faces ( where do I get that that early in the morning). The 👮🏾‍♂️ 👮‍♀️ were kind all time. I can’t pay that back and am indebted by their services for my lifetime.

Unacceptable experience with racial bias and harassment

I recently interacted with the Westerville Police Department and was subjected to racial bias and harassment. Despite being a law-abiding citizen, I was treated aggressively and unfairly. The officer's behavior was unprofessional and intimidating, and I was even assaulted during the encounter.

The department's repeated discrimination and bias towards me since 2013, particularly regarding my shared parenting rights with my children, is unacceptable. It's clear that there is a systemic issue within the department that needs urgent attention and reform.

Disappointed and distressed by the lack of professionalism and fairness from some of our "law enforcement."

I had an urgent situation recently that the Westerville police responded to immediately. Someone was sick and I locked medications in the car- it was or could of become an emergency situation if I could not get into the car (I had just used as a place to put bags while running to get the mail and the door swung shut and I had previously locked it). Thank you so much, if I had to wait we might of ended up in the emergency room. The officer was very helpful, kind and professional. I truly appreciate your help.

This department is amazing. The dispatch team is always friendly and attentive and the time to resolution for any issues we encounter is beyond fast from the uniforms. they are always respectful and professional. We don't have problems in our area often but when we do, like this last week, they are resolved immediately and effectively.

I don't like the government, but these guys are pretty solid ambassadors as is the City of Westerville as a whole

Very pleased with the support we were given when one of our dump trucks went down. Responding officer could have written us a citation for blocking traffic, instead he assisted in making a plan to get us off the busy road. Once off the road we discovered a clogged fuel line between tanks. Could have been a very costly tow in turn a 10 min repair and back on the road. Thank you to all the officers who assisted.

My old Dodge caravan giving me problems this morning broke down. Westerville , thankfully Westerville City police officers we're nearby and I mentioned it to flag one down he came all the way back around the block to help me... move my disabled vehicle to the gas station! With a very smoothly executed push from his Bull bar in front 🤘😄
