Wow!! This companies customer service has blown me away!! I have been buying Garrett Valley Farms bacon from my local Heinens for a few years now. Being primal in my eating habits, their dry rub sugar free pork bacon became a staple in my diet. Frequently my Heinens would run out, until one day they told me the company went out of business, and stopped carrying it! Heart broken, and hungry, I tasked myself with either replicating the recipe ( super time consuming) or tracking down this defunct business to find out what happened. I quickly realized that Garrett Valley Farms was still posting on social media, and quickly contacted them through there. They responded immediately, and offered me an email to contact. Within a day, Gary from Garrett Valley Farms (Wellshire Brands) contacted me. He let me know that they were indeed still open and thriving, immediately sent me a care package of bacon and goodies to get get me back on track, AND found me the closest place to purchase their bacon in bulk and arranged all the leg work with the company! I am one person, not a company, and he spent days helping me get his bacon brand. WOW, I have never had customer service like this. His dedication to his brand and customers astounded me!! Every carnivore, primal, lion, health conscious person should find this company and support them! Their bacon is hands down the best around, and clean! No ugly ingredients that don't need to be there. They are transparent and clean, and I will follow their food for life!! Thank you Gary for all your hard work!!

Incredibly tasty uncured meats with great, intense flavors. Their salamis have become my go-to products when I need a snack or want to add some meatish flavor to whatever I'm making. No chemicals, no junk, just an honest, clean product.

Normally get good bacon from them, but lately it's been getting quite suspect. Clearly they are freezing their products and thawing them out and refreezing. I'm about 1 more terrible package of bacon away from never going here again.

I used to really love their bacon, but in the last couple of years I've noticed that each slice of their bacon has maybe 1 1/2 to 2 inches of actual meat and the rest is all fat. I'm going to stop buying it. It is $8.00 a pkg, you get 6-8 pieces, how sad that we can't even get our money's worth, and that they have no integrity or honor in making their bacon, and do not care about giving their loyal customers the very best.

We recently bought the Wellshire premium uncured beef Frankโ€™s and upon opening it had a weird smell and had to get rid of it. Reached out to the customer service and they didnโ€™t want to offer us a refund. Very disappointing product & customer service

I was given a product made by your company. What is uncured truffle salami? I do not have a clue what to make with it. Do you have any recipes? I called the 800 number on the product and was unable to speak to a human voice. I attempted to email the company with no success. There is no date on the product so I have no clue when it was made. Guess I am full of quesions as I never saw this product before. Now I am asked to send a photo, which I do not have.

Bought a fully cooked ham at Whole Foods to serve for Easter. Warmed it up...carved it....taste tested it and it was so salty that it was inedible. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this brand.
