I’m battling ovarian cancer and wardle helped me purchase 10 chicks to help me with my journey. I thought a baby chick was going to die and wardle helped me help this little baby and offered a replacement. Their compassion and love was well felt. They have amazing prices and everyone treats you like family. I spoke with Jennifer and she is an amazing person who cares about her busy and the community she serves. They have an awesome pet and zoo and I’m going to bring the kids down. Love this place y. If you are looking for chicks or supplies for your farm no matter how big or small I would suggest going here vs the big box stores. I had to go to the cancer center first treatment and I asked if I could buy 20 cucks over the phone and pick them up afterwards and Murdochs was rude and lied to me. Wardle is my new store!!! I’ve been considering getting into some backyard chickening. Couldn’t find an answer on the site, so I sent an email. I kid you not, it was one of the most delightful experiences I’ve had…Jennifer gave me an extremely well-thought out, and informative response. Nailed every question on the first pass. Of course, this led to more questions, which Jennifer picked up again no sweat. I was referred to the Chicken Class. While some might balk (bawk is funnier) at the $25 price, Eric gave an incredible presentation and now I fully feel ready to start thus project in just a few weeks. Eric LOVES his job and his birds and you can just tell he is a man of the earth. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Have done nothing but right by me. Keep it up. You don’t see this level of attention from many companies anymore. Huge kudos and respect.

Can’t wait to make it down to the shop.

A business that treats you with respect, and you won’t have to wait on hold for hours.

A small mistake was made when purchasing some fowl. I brought it to the attention of an employee (Isaiah) and he immediately provided the contact info for both owners. Jennifer picked up the phone immediately. I spoke clearly and calmly about the issue and she did not hesitate to do what it took to make things right. Within 2 hours from my call, my issue was fixed.

This is a business you can trust - everyone makes mistakes, but here you will get to speak to a human being and in my case, they made a good faith effort to repair my trust in them. I wasn’t infuriated or inconvenienced even slightly.

Thank you Isaiah and Jennifer for valuing my business; I’ll be coming here for all my waterfowl supplies exclusively from now on.

I don’t often leave reviews but this I have bought their chickens before and that was all fine and well but today I was placed on hold 3x and then ultimately hung up on. Very disrespectful.

Big R has much cheaper options for chicken and feed of your looking for an alternative.

Stopped by Wardle Feed and Pet Supply today and Steven answered some questions for me and gave fantastic customer service. I really like the Wild Delight Deck, Porch and Patio bird feed and am excited to try Excello Brand Wild Nut Frenzy Bird Food. They carry several brands and different items for both wild and domesticated birds. They also carry food for cats, chickens, dogs, and have bee making supplies as well as local honey.

Wardle”s also carries a verity of dog food brands including Manna Pro, Diamond, Blue Wilderness, Taste of the Wild, Antler dog chews, and more. I like to support local whenever I can.

Gave me a sick chick, won't replace it, lack of empathy, made me wait on hold and then hung up on me had to call back 4 times to get them to tell me their policy. They rather give out sick chicks and give you the run around instead of communicating and being honest and upfront. If they would've just said hey it happens and we can't do anything instead of give me the run around I wouldn't be upset. Customer service goes a long way, thanks for the dead chicken and lack of care.
