We are doing business with Waffle Pantry for a few years now and Sevan is so great to work with. His customer service is outstanding and he responds always immediately with any questions or problems, and orders we have. We had two separate machines go down on us and the spare parts we ordered came in quick and got us up and running in no time. All of our orders get to us in 2 or 3 days, which is great for a starting business. We can really rely on his business to help grow ours. A absolutely wonderful company with top notch costmer service. Always a pleasure to work with. The product itself is the best you can get anywhere. I have tried other companies and their products they just don't measure up to the standards and quality of Waffle Pantry! I use everything from their outstanding waffle mix to thier high quality pearl sugar ane well engineered liege waffle makers. Unbelievable! I placed my order a week ago and it arrived today - only one week later. I SO appreciate shipping to Canada by USPS Priority Mail. No fussing or astronomical 'brokerage' fees as with Fed Ex. It's much better to purchase and have shipped by mail. Waffle Pantry is the BEST choice for speciality flours to Canada. Thanks so much!

I called customer service before purchasing this item and they were very responsive and patient. First, a live person actually answers the phone and you are not transferred around and second, the representative was very knowledgable and wiling to share and answer my questions.

The shipping was very fast and I received my order within two days. The product is of high quality. You will received a bag of the waffle mix, a separate bag of the pearl sugar, and another package with the yeast. All I had to do was add an egg, hot water and mix everything together and then wait for the dough to raise. The instructions are very easy to follow.

I have had a lot of liege waffles in the past and this one is by far my favorite. It was very fresh and better than many waffles I have purchased in restaurants. I am a customer for life! I can't wait to share with my family and friends over the holidays.
