Wonderful company--truly high-quality nutritional products in an industry plagued with far-less-scrupulous manufacturers. Their customer service is also top-notch---extremely responsive and friendly. I ordered a product from Vibrant Health that I had previously enjoyed, not knowing that the formula had been changed to include stevia as an ingredient (I want my taste buds and stomach to enjoy stevia but they just don’t 🫤). I called to initiate a return of the product after having opened it, expecting to be issued a store credit per the company’s return policy. Instead, I was issued a full refund and told that I didn’t have to go through the hassle of returning the product since it had already been opened.
My customer service rep, Kelsey, was extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. She even told me that the formula I wanted to return was being changed, based on customer reviews, and would be available without stevia as an ingredient in the near future 😁 I immediately purchased the original (stevia-free) Green Vibrance formula after my return was processed. Excellent customer service, thank you!

Awful return experience. I shipped my unused order back for a refund using the their ups label and my return has sat in their warehouse for over two weeks without them processing my refund. I had to finally open a dispute with my credit card.
