Had the burger meat we brought camping go rancid so needed to find a butcher to get some new burgers!! Well I am beyond thrilled with the with the ground chuck I got an my girlfriend loved the Delmonico I got her from this place and very well priced much better value for the price then I get locally in Cleveland and he was very helpful wish I had a butcher like this locally. So next time I plan on not risking it and bringing something and just buy from valley meats again if I’m staying in the area. Totally worth the 1 1/2hr round trip drive from Austin campground!
