Stopped in to rent a Weed Eater. Left with a new one instead. Your sales staff were extremely helpful and professional. It was a great experience and I am really happy with my new Stihl FS40C. It's eats through the weeds, grass and brush on my property without issue. Easy to start, doesn't overheat and it pretty light weight, but powerful. Thanks again!

It's been said that there's no such thing as Santa but, now that I have been to Ace Hardware in Westcliff I believe! Not only was there Santa Clause with Mrs. Clause. There also the Grinch, cookies, cotton candy, amazing Christmas bags, and of course ammo and accessories for gun toys! The employees are amazingly sweet to my kids dressed in fancy elf attire. Thank you for making your store feel like Christmas!

Over time, I’ve grown MORE—not less fond of this ACE Hardware. Sure, there are always shortcomings to nitpick, but MANY of those issues have been drastically improved in the last 5 years. Even at that time, there was grace for our small town’s hardware store. Flash forward to 2024 and this really is a top-notch ACE and its presence in our isolated little valley is critical… for the jobs, but also for the services and materials we are able to source here. Really can’t say enough good things about this beacon of competence.

Love going to Valley Ace Hardware. Friendly and courteous staff help find whatever you’re looking for and don’t mind helping. And they can order whatever you might be in need of. Very knowledgeable staff. I make it a priority to shop with them over Home Depot. Support the local guys and gals who care.

Michael “Chewy” The new Stihl department manager is over the top. He is a very bright, great manager and has really turned this department around. His brain is connected to his heart. He really cares about people. Being a senior caretaker on a wilderness preserve with limited funds (I could not afford a new chainsaw this quarter), I was having trouble with the part on an old Stihl chainsaw that I was trying to get running. Chewy helped me install the part at no charge. In addition, and much to my surprise, Chewy donated a small Stihl chainsaw that a customer no longer needed to me. Chewy then filled it with oil and gas and showed me how to start it. I almost cried and thanked him effusively. He replied “ It's not all about the money.” This caring very rarely happens in today’s world.

Good store, very good location. Employee must carry items to your car, which is ok. However, we had 4 dogs, and the employees should walk away if asked. The items from within being paid for and outside the door and all. We respect the store policies, but they need to respect customer responsibility too. It just made a stop more stressful than needed.
