This company has 282 reviews on Google My Business. A great stop for ice cream, dairy products or ice tea. This spot actually hosts community events that include games, tours of the factory, hayrides, live music, food trucks and local vendors. I like the fact that their ice cream selection routinely changes, and they you can get Tiny Winnie size for $1 which allows trying many flavors. We love the honeycomb ice cream, whisky walnut ice cream, and mint chocolate chip ice cream. Their regular cottage cheese is also great. Wonderful to visit during the fall days. Beautiful Dairy farm. Great motto, "From Moo to You".

We ended up here as a stop on the PA Ice Cream Trail, but ended up rambling around the grounds admiring the lovely landscaping and buildings. The ice cream was magnificent and refreshing.

We accidentally startled a bird from its nest in a gazebo...sorry bird!

We happened to see some Vale items for sale in a gas station nearby, they were so good we looked up how far away the farm was! It was well worth the stop. Picturesque farm with a nice little shop and excellent decorating. Their ice cream is excellent, we got the "ice cream flight" to try 4 flavors. One was sweet corn which sounds strange but was delicious. The people were friendly and it's a great place to hang out for a bit. I hope to come back!

Love this place! The fall fun they have going on is so much fun. I love all the places you can sit for pictures, the pumpkins are reasonably priced and the hayride was both fun and educational. The ice cream is phenomenal. ❤😁

Always a great time and a definite must stop in fall. We've been to most of the local pumpkin patch/farms around the Johnstown area. Valewood by far is and always has been our family fav for years. Theres lots of little activities for the kids, Hayrides, face painting, ice cream, corn box etc... It never sems overly crowded either. A perfect little day trip that doesnt cost a ton of money! Also a great setting for those gorgeous family fall photos your trying to capture. Love this place.

Great place for a field trip. Well organized tour. Guides taught on the milking process, feeding the animals, caring for a calf and its growth. So much more and their quaint store is a must for ice cream. Large parking area for bus. Only porta johns but they were clean and sink with soap is available.
