We had an excellent experience with Dr. Starzel! We were scheduled to depart on Monday night but hadn’t received pets‘ health certificate until the previous Friday. After reaching out to the USDA in California on Saturday, Dr. Starzel responded promptly to our email. She kindly helped us endorse the document and shipped it out overnight via FedEx. Thanks to her quick action, we received the health certificate at 7:30 AM on Monday. We are incredibly grateful for Dr. Starzel's outstanding support and dedication! A pleasant succesful overall experience. Dr. Starzel, the Veterinary Medical Officer of USDA is professional, and ethical. She is awesome! Dr Starzel answered my phone call on Martin Luther King holiday I am so appreciative my flight is on Jan 20th 2022 to the Philippines and I don’t know what to do thank God for her professional knowledge and accommodation to tell me to send my documents via over night Federal express I can’t express more how thankful I am, USDA and us that needed proper documents for traveling with your pets we are very lucky to have someone like Dr Starzel thank you so very much for all your professionalism Dr Starzel God bless and take care
