* The process:
* If another truck is at the gate, stop on Hoover Ave (the street in front of the facility)
* Once clear to enter do so but stay to your right, pull to the stop sign and check in with the guard.
* Once guard verifies your bills, park in dedicated area (instructions given by the guard) I immediately turned left and went to the back side of the building.
* Wait for call with door number (I was in #35)
* Once given a door # write it on your bills and take bills to door #48 and leave them in the box.
* Capstone is the lumper. They’ll send you an electronic payment text and the rest you know the drill.
* No Overnight Parking on site
* Easy backing

Average place. Parking might be a little tight for new drivers. Other than that. It’s your normal warehouse experience. Not bad not good. It’s a chill. Make some food, look at something, read a 📚 or get some rest. You can go up the street a eat if you like. There is a lot of food places near so choosing something should be good. Not sure if there a restrooms 🚽 but might want to use it before you sit for a few hours. Just trying to help.

Check in and park in the rear (unless you get a door right away). When receiving the call to a door, put the door # on the BOL and back in. Open doors, seal in the trailer, slide tandems, chock wheels, and walk the BOL to receiving and place the BOL in the mail box near door 48. In, unloaded, and out in under two hours. Not bad for a food place, but not always that quick. No overnight parking. Bathrooms?

Arrived at 6:45 am for an 8 am appointment. Unloaded and paperwork in hand at 9:30am. Smooth. -1 star because I didn't see a drivers lounge.

This place need 0 stars I sat for an hour and forty minutes after my appointment time then got put on a dogI sat for an hour and 40 minutes after my appointment time. Then go put on a dock and Set here for 4 hours and still have not been handed my paperwork.
I sat so long here My next load got cancelled They have no consideration for driver time

That’s the worst company wasted time I came early 4 hrs ahead they didn’t let me go in or park inside they told me wait outside till they call me and I have sec stop they make me cancel my sec stop even after ny appointment time they hold me 5 hrs to get my paper it’s sucks place

Our appointment was at 9am. Got a door around 830am. Only had a few pallets left to unload. Took over an hour to get unloaded. Then we are still waiting for them to "break down pallets" meanwhile they are holding our paperwork and won't let us leave. They should be charged 1k an hour detention pay minimum. We get paid cpm. They are keeping us from making money bc they are idiots.
