My husband visited this market in Erie and made a $70 purchase. Our debit card was charged $7000. I can’t pay the mortgage now, waiting for their void to go through. I may have to dispute it through the bank, smh. One zero mistake, ok. Two zero mistake, wtf. Obviously not about the quality of the meat. That was fine, just a week of stress.
**Edit, my husband spoke to the manager, he was apologetic, and friendly, but states their PNC account did not receive the payment. Bank of America, our bank, shows it cleared and went to their account, and I uploaded that photo. I’m really hoping this isn’t a 6 month ordeal or court case.
**Second edit-we finally got the $ back today. Only took 21 days to get back what they took in 3 seconds. No complaints about the products, but this definitely caused an issue. I had late fees. I don’t think we were charged the $70 for the purchase, but that’s fair considering our late fees.

Good, fresh meats and produce. A tad pricey, but I'm supporting local which I like. Sam's club has the same quality of meats at a better price on certain items. You'll just have to compare when shopping at both...the sausage is definitely better here though 👍.

I've been going to Urbaniaks since I moved to this area 20 years ago. You can't ask for a better selection or higher quality. However, today, when I reached for a number at the counter I was met with a very unpleasant worker who rolled her eyes at me and shouted that I didn't need a number. The fish counter was closed, so I asked her if there was any smoked salmon she rolled her eyes and left. She came back, but not to me. So, I walked to the other side of the store to see what she had. She had three pieces and I picked one, priced that over $30. When I got in line to pay I was met with a different employee who was shouting numbers and was extremely unpleasant, including just yelling "anybody?!" when we looked confused about what was happening. I was told I didn't need a number at one place and then demanded that I needed a number to pay? It's always been an unorganized mosh pit in there, but if you're going to treat people this way on top of it it's no longer acceptable to me. Everyone just behaved as though they were so disgusted that they had to interact with the public. Rather than giving the staff members the same attitude they were giving me, I decided it was a better option to place my order on top of the deli case and leave. I'll take my business elsewhere.

You might have high quality food, but if you continue to take your customers for granted and treat them like garbage, they'll go somewhere else. I know that's what I'm going to do.

Clean, multiple staff ready to help customers. All staff seem friendly, and ready to assist. I enjoy all the homemade items like stuffed porkchops, beef Jerky, anti pasta salads. All good.

I grew up eating their polish sausage with garlic. It’s a family tradition on all holidays. I live in Arizona now but whenever we visit or the family comes down to visit we always make sure to stop here and get our fix! Amazing recipes.

Urbaniaks has been a local Gem for s loooong time and never disappoints. The cheese options are plenty, the fresh turkey sausage is delicious, and the rib eyes are some of the best in town! Great service and an Awesome place to have in our Community😁
