It’s was good experience receiving start at midnight dry van and Refers check in before one hour of your appointment. There is only some space on the street for the overnight parking. Otherwise there is no parking.

Guard gives you a door. Tighter back in then it looks, day cabbers stay connect to their trailers giving you less room to back up. They won't help you back up they just sit in their truck like Duhs. Your trailer is going to go crooked so be prepared for at least 2 pull ups. Once the nightmare of backing is done. I was refer walk to receiving between door 4-5 check in at first window then walk to second window to check in with lumper service. Started unloading me pretty much right after I checked in. Had a partial load so unloaded fast. Expect a lot of trucks there when you get there at doors and pulling up behind you. Appears everyone has 0500 and 0600 appts.

No overnight parking. Please come with appointment, these people open at night for unloading near about 1 am to 7 am. Staff is not friendly, they will not help you. No restroom just a portable washroom outside.

This business did it right ! The guard was very pleasant to us and have mostly good directions. With the exception of saying to keep your doors closed when backing in the dock. They actually want you to open your doors after they call you when they are ready to unload.

The folks in the office were kind, and not grumpy for 430 am lol. The unloading time for 15 pallets being broken down to a total of 51 finished pallets was only 2.25 hrs till I got the bills in hand. That's actually really good time for the amount of breakdowns for each product we had on.

So overall rating is 4 stars .

You can park on the street but there are no parking signs posted all along Heinz st. That being said we were never bothered to move. Just be nice and give the driveways room for trucks to swing in and out of and not be a inconvenience to our fellow drivers or cars.
