We stopped by for ice cream just now at 11:35pm on a Monday night. The dude working the ice cream counter was awesome! He asked if we wanted spoons to go with our pints and when we did, gave us both sturdier, and longer spoons, both of which worked as advertised, and gave us a joyful discussion topic, making our entire (fully sober) night all the better!

No where to ever park staff very unprofessional and they absolutely do not answer the phone at all! So u have to literally just drive there and see whatever for yourself smh

I am highly disappointed in the service of this location. Considering the brand this location is not a good representation of the company’s values. The store never honor the 24rs store hours. Or you see management not being so nice to its guest.

Sense going to this location I have notice employees fighting along with employees smoking weed outside instead of taking care of its guest.

This location can really use some help its management and staff. To honor the company’s values we know and love about United dairy farmers and products.

Something definitely needs to change.

Stopped here this night walking in the Short North and really needed caffeine. So I enter the store, take a cup near those espresso machines and fill it with Cappuccino and proceed to pay. They just said it's on the house 😃 Also a lot more spacious and quiet than other coffeeshops in the Short North if you can ignore the fact it's not made with "real" espresso...
