Uncle Sam's Pizza - East Brookfield, Massachusetts

Seems every time I place an order to Uncle Sams Pizza there is something wrong with our food the way it’s made, something missing etc. however, today when I placed an order, it seems as though the delivery person is scared of people, I don’t know if they were male or female because he/she left our food on the steps rather than knocking at the door to let us know they were there and give us our food, not to mention when I opened my pizza as you can see in the pictures, the cheese and toppings had all slid off the top and was on the pizza box. I question how Uncle sams has stayed in business for so long, also when I called and talked to the manager, he mentioned that he had new drivers and new staff, which I’ve noticed they have a very high turnaround.

I have been coming here for the better part of three decades and the last sandwich I got was just the last straw. Food is always been decent however 13 bucks for sandwich that had almost no meat was unacceptable. They get two stars because of the history but they also have a habit of putting cold subs on top of the pizza oven to heat up.

We order from here at least once a week, we called in an order on a Saturday and an employee named Darlene got on the phone and informed us we had credit that she put towards our order and also made sure that we got the best deal for the order we placed. Our food arrived on time and she made sure we had extra sauce and condiments, overall great customer service, especially from her!

Ordered food for delivery at 5:25 PM, estimated delivery time was 6:10-6:20… 7:10 PM and still waiting for our food.

Update: Food finally came at 7:20. Sub that I ordered was OPEN IN THE BAG! Not even wrapped up, just thrown in the bag (photo shows it just how I pulled it from the bag). Chicken tenders and fries were mostly cold. Threw it all out. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone so I’ll be disputing the charge through my bank to get my money back. Delivery kid said something about managers quitting and the place was a disaster. Sorry, but not my problem. Stop taking orders if things are that bad instead of taking people’s money and delivering disgusting food!

Update...this really makes me sad, as I have been ordering from here for almost 15 years...but I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. The food here has changed in the last 6 months...it's like you guys aren't even trying anymore. The pizza sauce tastes like it's coming from a can.
The cheese is dry and overcooked, and when you put toppings on a pizza especially one that's half and half so it can be shared Usually not the best idea to put a smattering of toppings on the cheese only side. I get things happen but this was a lot more than just some random mismatching. Then the side you put the toppings on you drowned that pizza in onions...what's the deal guys? Taking a break for now but I want to come back again so pleaseeeee in an area with about 8 different pizzerias, do better! The price hike AND the quality drop? Not cool. Great way to lose customers.
