Nestled in a cozy corner off of Big Spring st, this is a must-visit for any burger aficionado or pickle lover. As the name suggests, this burger joint stands out by specializing in homemade pickles that are hand-crafted with care and passion. But it’s not just about the pickles — it’s about the whole experience. Their burgers come with homemade chips or you can upgrade to fries. These were large juicy burgers on toasted brioche buns. The service is friendly and quick, with the staff always eager to explain the details of their pickle-making process or recommend the best burger pairings. They take pride in their craft, and it shows in the quality of both the food and the overall dining experience.

I drove 6-8 hours today, saw this neat place on Google Maps, figured I'd check it out. When I got there, only two people were there around 420pm-425pm, I ordered shortly after them, Buffalo Fries and a 32oz Typickle Lemonade.

I put my number on the table, went to the bathroom which is shared with another business (single person restroom). I sat down, waited for quite a long time, saw a whole bunch of other people get their food before me that came in after me, after about 30 mins I was like WTF.

I go up to the counter, they 100% forgot about me, which is kind of depressing because I was the only guy to tip them in their tip jar when I placed my order. It was completely empty, I put almost $3 in there. I'm just like really, fuming internally. While they seemed nice once the food came out, like 10 people had already received their food and eaten/left before I got mine.

It was great food. I loved the Buffalo Fries. The lemonade was great too. Just felt horrible being forgotten. I had the number visible on my table and everything, just overlooked me, dropped the ball on service.

I spent less time at a packed Tex-Mex restaurant in Grapevine, TX last night than I did at this establishment before I finished my food.

Hopefully it's just a one-off situation and you won't be forgotten.

The best fried chicken sandwich I’ve had in a long time! The service was good, friendly and attentive. The restaurant is simple and kind of small. But who cares when chomping down on a juice large fried filet of chicken and yummy toppings and great sauce! Homemade chips were an added bonus! Definitely going back soon!

Walked in to try this place, I had never been there. Tyler was a super cool guy. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. We had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with the jalapeño popper burger. OMG!!! Both were great. I can’t get over the taste and texture of the fries, they are a must try. Of course the fried pickles are a hit along with the fried jalapeños. This place is definitely a must try. The service was amazing!!!!! I will definitely be back for more lunch dates.

Great local shop in Midland. The food is always delicious and fresh. They offer many pickled options along with fun pickled treats! 🫣😇 And they even have food choices for those non pickle lovers too.

Phenomenal chicken sandwich I will definitely return! They also have kids meals and intriguing deserts I will have to try when I come back. Shop local and give the place a try you won't be disappointed!!

My husband got the Nashville hot chicken burger and it definitely didn't disappoint his expectations. My son got the six piece chicken and he loved them ate all his food faster then he normally does. And I got the buffalo chicken Queso fries and they where the absolute boom definitely satisfied and stuffed bellies all around. The service is also very fast and the employees are very sweet and friendly tiara has amazing customer service and very sweet and friendly.
