No Overnight Parking, Street Parking next San Benito Substation PG&E (1001 San Justo Rd, San Juan Bautista CA 95045), or the off ramp 101 south taking the exit coming here. THE ROAD ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE EXITING HERE WILL NOT ALLOW STREET PARKING, HIGHWAY PATROL DOESN’T ALLOW!

I arrived here at 5:30am for my 6am appointment, the check in shack is next to their staging area. If all spots is taken park alongside fence and walk over to check in shack. The security guard had every trucker park out on the street because it was getting to cramped and them running behind on schedule.

At 7:41am I got a call for a dock door, make sure to have reefer running on continuous 34 degrees or they will call you to turn it on. Took them an hour and 45 mins to load me. Walk over to their office next to Dock 1 to get paperwork. Left at 9:50am. THE PLACE IS SMALL! I guess the only good side about this place is that they have a food truck.

Well,don’t come earlier than 60min before appointment time. Park and check in after passing security shack. They loaded me quick but the pallets are not stable wrapped. Staff were friendly. They have portable potty. I picked up only 2 pallets. My appointment was at midnight, I was in and out less than 60 min. It’s pretty tight everything, no staging area.

no parking at all. 0* if possible this is the worst company I ever visited I arrived on time for loading. First guard told me to park near check in booth parking but after 15 minutes the guards rudely kicked me out. I am waiting on the road side for the load then he come back on road and said no parking here you need to find parking on gas station or on freeway 101. They have big lot for drop trailer but not for live pick up. I recommended to all truckers if you have pick up here then cancel it right away otherwise ready for harassment.

I'm not sure why all the single star reviews. I had a midnight appointment. Checked in at midnight, by 12:30am, I was in a door. 12:45 began loading. Paperwork received 3:30am. The people I had interactions with were all very polite. Parking is very minimal, so don't try to arrive for check-in more than an hour early.

ATTENTION: The previous reviews are correct. Came in at 5pm for 7pm appointment and they turned me around and said to come in at 7pm. Get here at 7pm and its a 30-45 min line for a phone booth to check in. Got checked in and had to wait 3 hrs for a door and about 2 hrs for 13 pallets to be loaded. There was a Hispanic food truck that left around 6pm. If you have a really late (11pm-5am) load maybe you'll have better luck since it didnt seem as congested. Ended up loosing my entire clock here and had to find somewhere along a field to park smh

Stay away if all possible won't let you in but hour before appointment they have no parking if they don't have all your product they will ask you to move onto street. Then woke me up telling me I'd have to move or they are required to call state police so they tell me to park there then threatened me with state police.
Finally got my product this morning hope I never go back again.
Trucks going everywhere its a wonder someone don't get hit every few mins

Long wait for loading. Appointment at 10:PM got loaded at 2:30 . After half load told go outside to park on the street and wait for missing product. Security is so rude. At least need to have parking for the trucks .
