Today, I picked up an order for my employer, totaling nearly $1,000 in tractor parts; however, it's not about the money you spend...it's about the way can count on being treated by the staff and owners of Tro-Green Equipment. A helpful young man named Coleman assisted me and even helped load the items into my truck. As we neared the door, Lee Johnson from the Regional John Deere Headquarters, whom I later identified, graciously held the door open for us—a level of courtesy that's rare to find. I later commended the owner, Mr. Webb, on his team's exceptional customer service and how impressive it is when a senior John Deere representative goes above and beyond to ensure guests at TriGreen Equipment receive outstanding treatment. My compliments to Mr. Webb for assembling such a customer-focused team at the Scottsboro TriGreen Equipment. They cast a positive light on both his ownership and the John Deere brand. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area who own John Deere, Honda, or Stihl products. Stop in, visit with the staff and know you will be treated right! Again, 5 Stars*!

Great John Deere dealer with a hometown feel. The Service department gave me several options for rebuild vs recondition and the techs were more than happy to walk me through the exact causes of my tractor's problems.
They were awesome to work with when purchasing new equipment and implements, doing their level best to get us the best price.

My husband had Trigreen pickup our e -100 because the solenoid was shot. He had also asked that basic maintenance be done, oil change, blades sharpened, and a tube put in a front tire that keep going flat. They told him at the dealership that spindle replacement would an extra $250. All in all it cost more than $750 to repair a mower that originally cost $1400 five years ago, and the mower only has 55 hours of use on it. Ergo, two stars!

My wife sent our lawn mower to get serviced tune up. We had problems get the lawn mower started. Trigreen picked up the lawn mower and said the gas tank was dirty so we got it cleaned up it was more than $180. The total bill was over $548 and change. This included the tune up. I’ve been working out of town and came home to make sure everything was ok. The lawn mower would not start. The lawn mower slow turning over. so I checked out the battery. The connection was corroded and not cleaned. The battery was over 6 years old and they did not recommend to replace? I called Trigreen and the service asked me if I want them to pick up the lawn mower to clean the terminals? I said no I’ll do it myself. I the don’t even think the gas tank needed to be cleaned. I got a new battery and cleaned the connection and now it works great. I won’t be going back TriGreen. The service department isn’t that good.

Billy was an awesome salesman! I purchased my tractor sight unseen based on his recommendation (pictures and video) and had it shipped up to me in Michigan. The tractor is just as he described. You won't go wrong using TriGreen!
