I placed an online order. Racheal brought one of two items to my car for curbside pick up and informed me that the other item was not available. I went in and there were actually 3 of them item on the shelf. I only needed one. I believe she is the store assistant manager and has been at this location for a few years. She should know where the items are in her store or she is just lazy. She is not friendly at all and seems like she doesn't care about the customer. Reported to the DM.

Overall I like TSC, the staff is generally helpful and they carry most of the basics at a competitive price. For non-stocking and oversized items the shipping costs to have things delivered to my local store are ridiculously high so it is cheaper to drive 60 miles round trip to Lowes.

Was my first time in a TS store. Was surprised at the large inventory. Something like a combination of Home Depot, Ace Hardware, and Harbor Freight only better -- cleaner, better organized, better labeled, wider variety, better staffed, very friendly staffed.
I was impressed and at 82 years old I'm not easily impressed. TS could become my "go to" store. Will see how my next visit is!

Great shopping experience. Very friendly and helpful employees. The store has a large variety of products including pet food and other pet items, as well as tools, household supplies, clothing and so much more at competitive prices. Saved me from going to several different stores. Would definitely recommend.

I like this place a lot. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable about what they have. Most items are in stock and they can order anything you need quickly.
