Overall we like the fence, but feel some things could've gone better.
Pros:
#1 Top Rail fence quote was more affordable than most.
#2 Seth was the only one who solved our gate problem of needing a gate big enough to fit our boat through with barely enough space.
#3 It was nice that Seth showed up with a lil gift and to inspect the job when it was all done.
#4 They fixed things when I asked them to. I had them take down 2 slates that were in really bad shape. I also asked them to moved the gate locks so I could reach them cuz I'm short.
#5 They were really quick, working into the night even when it was raining, but this could also be included the cons as I'll get to next.

Cons:
#1 They might've been in too much of a rush to get things done and some mistakes may have been made.
#2 I'm not sure why, but not all the slats were the same distance apart. This didn't bother me too much, but my neighbors have commented on how it's doesn't look great. I tried to offer one neighbor Seth's info for a small job she was thinking about, but she turned it down noting our uneven slats. See photo.
#3 I specifically said before they started that there could be no gaps for a baby or dog to get through. When they were done there was a large gap between my neighbors fence and mine. Their solution was to nail a slat in between to my neighbors fence. She was not happy they put holes in her fence. There was a better solution to fix the gap IMO.
#4 the first couple of weeks the gates opened and closed properly. Now I can only get one open by using both my hands to push the sides together. The other gate no longer opens. See videos.
#5 I asked 2/3 times that they put the dirt into my wheel barrow. They said they would. Instead they spread it all around the perimeter of the yard. I had to shovel all the dirt off the grass into the wheel barrow myself with a bad back so that I could put it where I needed it and so the grass didn't die in those spots. See photo.
#6 I gave the workers drinks and snacks. They left the trash all around my yard instead of picking it up. We found nails, beer lids, wrappers all over. We keep finding nails and I'm really worried about that because this fence was put up so our 2 yr old could play safely in the backyard.
#7 Our deck has minor damage to it from a random nail that serves no purpose that we can see. Also, well need to pull it out since it's sharp and the 2 yr old may scrape himself on it. See photo.
