This salsa is the best I’ve ever had! I got a container a last week while I was in Mobile, AL of all places! The spicy salsa is a crescendo of flavors as advertised! I could not find it in my state but I will most definitely by a bulk load once I travel through the south again!

I met this gentleman at a convenient store in east Tennessee. He was wearing a Tony Tejas shirt, and I asked him about his product. He said they made the best salsa. He gave me a sample of the mild blend. I have to say it is an excellent salsa. It's not too chunky, the same powerful flavors in every bite. Their product is the best. Unfortunately we don't have a market that sells their brand yet, but I'll be keeping an eye out for it. I'm wanting to try the spicy blend next. Thank You to the nice gentleman that introduced me to some new flavor.

We met Tony at the Makers Market in Fairhope today. Tried all 3 salsa's. (Mild, medium, hot) They all have their own distinct flavors. The hot being my favorite. We left with all 3. Definitely will replenish with his sauce next time. I'm hooked! Plus, I'm glad to support a local business! Nice meeting you Tony!

Update: this salsa is now $8.19 at Whole Foods. Sadly, I believe this is just too expensive so I won’t be buying it anymore. It is still insanely good.
Now I really have to crack their recipe and learn to make it myself but until then...
Let's see: lime juice, onion, cilantro, roasted tomatoes, some chilies (maybe Anchos?), salt, ....

My fiancé brought home a sample of the caliente spicy salsa today and I love it. It's just like my grandma's salsa she'd make with tomatoes and peppers straight from our garden. 🙂 It tasted like home. This is the only salsa I want from now on. Thank you for making such a great salsa!

Tried the Caliente Spicy at Pensacola's Palafox Marketplace a few weeks ago and wound up purchasing two containers. This salsa is incredible! I love the blend of peppers, especially with the kick from habaneros.

Just know they stopped selling it where I live, the owner himself set up a way for me to get more salsa and responsed to my emails faster than any company ever has. The best customer service,oh and of course the best salsa I’ve ever eaten. Didn’t even like salsa before this. Honestly outstanding 100/100.

Tried some at the Hoover, AL Whole Foods block party and was given a spicy container to try and review.

First impressions: bitter and way too much garlic which overwhelms the tomatoes and cilantro. Too many types of hot peppers thrown in which muddied the pepper taste (poblano, anaheim, jalapeno, habanero, serrano, red pepper flakes) - and the result wasn't really that hot. Red pepper flakes were unnecessary and ended up in the teeth, with a bitter result.

IMHO: Do a jalapeno version, or a habanero version, or a mild poblano version, etc. - don't try to stack on pepper tastes that conflict with another. Could have used more cilantro leaves and some sugar or agave nectar to cut the bitterness. Haven't tried the mild version yet.
