They give me a door no time unload my truck in 10 minutes but desert lock on my trailer so we can move unless repair the lumper fee and the lumper fee was $227. After paying lumber fee We waited there for a very long time does someone to come and unlock our trailer

They opens at 2am but i arrived early so nobody was at the guard checkpoint.Security guy came around 1:50am and i checked in very quickly for my 2am appointment after that i got call for door right away. They took 30 minutes to offload 20 pallets but atleast an hour for the paperwork and do not pull up ur truck until u get the text from office,doesn’t matter if u get a green light

Truck entrance is on Embarcadero dr
, park on the street and walk in to check in at the guard shack if you are making a delivery. Do not drive to the gate before checking in they will make you turn around. 5 to 6 hours for a delivery.

You have to have a vest on, or they will not check you in. Park on the street and walk to guard shack to check in. I arrived at 12pm on 9/3 to check in at 2am 9/4. People are super nice at guard shack. They give you a dock, which I was docked by 0230. Driver check-in is close to guard shack. The rest is online with capstone. Well lit yard and room to manipulate truck. I have a LARGE load, so we will see how fast they get me done.
0255 started unloading.
0700 still at dock.
0830 still at dock.

Seriously was debating even making this review but I guess it has to be said do not work for this company. They are very biased and play favorites. I asked for the correct PPE To do the job in the freezer PPE that everybody has in the freezer. They told me the equipment is given out when you pass a certain probation but when you’re in the freezer, it’s kind of mandatory you wear it because it’s -34°. I wanted the company to put me in a position to be successful and they refused. Then in addition, the company goes by a point system. There was a new hire started around the same time Who already used two of his points earlier. Management told me yesterday which That if he misses one more day, he’s fired so in my mind, he was allowed to use his points when I asked for that same courtesy they said no. What makes the situation worse is that I’ve been trying to get this job for four years ever since my son was two years old. I went on multiple interviews. When I finally get in there About your bodies, and if you experience any Forms of hypothermia or reasoning That you should bring it To the managers attention. As I’m talking to these guys, I’m literally shaking and they literally don’t care. This company is soulless. If you plan on working here, make sure it’s for a short-term gain. They have a high turnover rate because they operate in ways of described above. Definitely will bring this case up to a lawyer because not only that they endanger me putting me in a room that is -34° without the proper PPE but they played favorites a lot because like I said a new hire had had the vest for the freezer. The manager who I was speaking to literally said co pant production always outweighs safety and they can put you wherever hey feel , even if endangered your safety. Think about that the pay is good, but it’s not worth your health.

I check in at 0335 hrs security was very nice, given a door right away , appointment was for 0400 hrs, at 0700 hrs started unloading done by 0720, I only had 5 pallets, still waiting on paperwork. Not a drivers friendly place.. The entrance is on embarcadero ave.on the back of the main building from Reed Ave .is 0915 still here avoid this place by all means.
