I shop and do doordash here the staff is amazing and funny and one time I bought something on sale but it wrung up full price I was like wait a minute the transaction was through and I was looking at my recipt the nice cashier lady was like wonder how that happened then went to the cash register and gave me the $10 I was supposed to get off in cash. The security guards are so sweet and the managers always help when I'm trying to find an item for a doordash order the butchers they have are always so nice and are quick to hop on the machines to get me items for doordash. All around the staff is always so nice the only thing I can fault them for is the bathrooms they are in desperate need of a remodle and that's not the staffs fault corporate has to approve it but it is always clean and tidy when I go in so I know the matinace staff is doing a wonderful job

I shop here often. Pretty well stocked. I noticed there are fewer sales associates than in the past. Almost easier to self check than to wait in a long line. I shop here even when it's cheaper at other stores because of quality and selection. Service should be equal to the aforementioned. On a positive note Kristen who works self check is polite, courteous and knows the store. She is definitely a brand ambassador. Looking for wantons and she knew exactly where they were. Oddly shelved in produce next to tofu. Very impressive

The Older female in the Pharmacy is less than friendly at the Tom Thumb in DeSoto Texas. Not only is she rude in person but also on the phone. My husband went to pick up my prescription once and mentioned her rude attitude. I have noticed she delivers this attitude towards the staff that works back there as well. She ignores you when you walk up. Only helps you if someone else is not there to do it. I only keep my prescriptions there because I shop at this location and the rest of the store employees are wonderful. The male pharmacist and the other employees are very kind but she does not need to be working with the public. I am truthfully considering changing my pharmacy so that I don't have to deal with her when I come in.

The Tom Thumb on Park Road and Bowen has always seemed top-of-the-line in the industry that they’re in. It shows each time I shop there. They have the service the selection and sales that I look for. I hope this location never closes and I am giving it an excellent rating

I am disabled. So it’s really hard for me to move around. And it’s hard for me to see.

When I went to Tom thumb today. All the green grapes that were bagged Already Looked a little bit old. And they were 4.50(+~)

So I decided to get the grapes that were in the plastic container. And I got the box that in my opinion look the best from the outside. When I got home. To my surprise all The grapes In the plastic clear box look bad, A relative of mine have to tell me. The box of grapes by the way cost $5.99 a pound

Thumb thumb prices are higher than other grocery stores. ALDI Across the street a relative of mine had told me that they were at $2.99 a pound

It is true that it’s my fault that I cannot see. Butter supposedly thumb thumb sales there products at a higher price The customers expect the products to be a better quality.

Like I said it was really hard for me to go all the way to Tom thumb in my condition. And it’s much harder for me to go back and return the product.

Are usually don’t make any complaints. But I feel obligated to make this complaint so yaw could offer a better service.

Given this really bad review was really hard for me. Since it’s really hard for me to be able to move my hand typing this message. Since I had a stroke.

I don't know how or why this store has such high ratings. I don't live in Desoto but I happened be in the area. So, I decided to stop by. Well, it was not at all the experience that I had hoped for or expected. I know that generally Tom Thumb is usually more expensive and I was willing to pay more for a good experience. However, there was one cashier and she was backed up. So, I got in what I thought was the self-check out line behind several other customers. The lady in front of me realized that we weren't in the line, and the end of the line was midway one of the aisles. At that point, I returned my items and left. This was ridiculous and I don't believe I'll return anytime soon. I expected much more, but I was sorely disappointed.

The stores customer service could use a great improvement. I know times are hard and the people that you hire may not understand customer service but that’s something you should teach them. I used to work at the store for many years customer service, or something that had to be not anymore, don’t like where I spend my money people treat me like crap, so please reevaluate how you treat your customers because without us, you don’t have a job or any kind of living

I was so happy to see Angela at the Starbucks counter today! This young lady is always pleasant, always has a smile on her face and very attentive to her customers! She even remembered my name! And the stickers on the cups are so cute! Top tier service, y’all need 5 more like her!
