Richard Warrington is a con man who has actually many victims to whom he has brought shabby and unhealthy trees that have died. I have talked to many. With me I kept on telling him two trees were dying. They look like they were dying from day one. I contacted him weekly. He kept telling me they were not dying. He replaced one and then when he showed up at my house and saw that the other one was completely dead, he told me the warranty was out, but I had been telling him Weekly all along that The Tree was dying. Not only that but he brought a bunch of shabby trees to my house and they do not look good. He charges high money and says he’s giving free trees, but the service charge is huge. This man is a con man and a scammer. Don’t do business with him if you know what’s good for you.

Todd Creek sells second rate trees which in some cases are not legal to be sold because they are insect infested, diseased and/or have root balls that are too small for the size of the trunk. They did not plant the trees properly and left a huge mess on my property.

In fact, the USDA who came and inspected the trees. They determined that trees sold to me by Todd Creek should have been put in a wood chipper and not sold.

Their trees are cheap for a reason.
