After reading an article in the Post Gazette, I ordered several of their camp cup meals.

Overall, I have to say that their recipes are different from so many of heir competitors.

I tried the mushroom risotto (which is currently unavailable while they revise the recipe). It was very good.

Also tried:
The Breakfast Scramble with Corned Beef. I very good meal and very filling. Heartier than most egg based breakfast dehydrated meals.
The Spanish rice with chicken and chorizo. Probably my favorite of the lot. Very good flavor and very filling.
The Yellow Curry with lamb. While the flavors weren't really to my taste, but it did make a very satisfying broth, and again a very filling meal.

In addition, the camp cups are easy to pack and much easier to eat out of than the "big bags" that most dehydrated meals come in. And the camp cups are very easy to crush for carrying out, or even better, they burn completely in about 1 minute over my stove.

I have some correspondence with them, and they are very interested in feedback about their products.

I hope they are successful because they are bringing better flavors and packaging to dehydrated products for camping.
