Whoever designed and manage this facility is completely loony. Yard is packed with trailers (double parked), no room to make u-turn (and you will need one), angry local drivers running and screaming. Yard drivers leave their trucks all over the place making it even harder to maneuver. 1 extra star for a good lady at the front desk. Do better Thomas Foods

If you need to check in, don’t come here. I can send you the barcode so you can check in and stay in the parking lot because there is no parking here, and they will turn you away. The nearest parking lot is 11 miles away. All streets are filled with "No Parking" and "No Stopping" signs. They won’t call you, so you can just check in and look for another load. I checked in at 11:00 AM, and it has been 24 hours, but they still haven’t called me. This is one of the worst places to get loaded

Very very slow plan about 30 hours of your time to pick up 20 pallets of cargo. No truck parking, they'll direct you to a gas station/ truck stop to standby and wait on a text. This place is definitely not truck friendly took me 3 hours after they sealed my load to give me my BOLs. Ask the broker for $500 cash in advance for even going to this facility, the people are all nice just super inefficient. Have a great day

Be ready waste 5 hours for unload. Don't know about loads. Stuff inside friendly in office turtle)) better if you call somebody for paperwork or will be ready stay up to 15 mins for somebody coming

Yeah last week checked in and was out within 3 hours. Today completely different story. Got here at 12 for 1pm, was told to go to truck stop. Called about 2:15 to dock. Finished at 4:30 still waiting on paperwork. It’s an office full and they will sit there and look at you for 15 mins before any of them will move.

My Appointment 3 PM check in at 2:30 pm it’s 10;45 pm still waiting for door don’t wasy your time coming and pickup at this location oh ya jest got the door it’s next morning 7:32 am so 19 hours wait for door you decide what you wanna do.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is absolutely trash. I checked in at 13:45, didn't get a door until 230 the following morning. Didn't get loaded with paperwork until 5am. Wow. I'll never come here again, even if it cost me my job.

I waited for 22 hours at the TA truck stop (10 miles away) before I got a call for a door, because they dont let you park inside, then I had to wait for 2 more hours till I got loaded & get my bill of lading. I'm only giving 1 star because that's the lowest google allows you to rate, but other than that the people who works at the office & security guard are good & respectful.
