This has been our first year in Theo’s CSA program, and we couldn’t be happier. Every week all summer (and spring) we’ve gotten a veritable bounty of extremely high-quality, fresh, local produce. The variety within each share, and week to week, means we never get tired of any particular vegetable, and there are exciting new surprises in every share! There are special perks, too: I have enjoyed the members-only flower field, and brought home a new bouquet with every share pickup. Best of all, it is a unique opportunity to be more deeply connected to your food. Getting to chat with Jamie every week, I’ve learned a lot about what goes into producing such an amazing crop!

We Love everything about this place. The produce, staff, and animals make this an amazing experience. The produce selection varies. The meat and dairy selection has been difficult with what is going on in the world. Fish truck every Wednesday and Saturday makes it busy. The animals are great and well taken care of. They support Local farmers which is why we started going here, and it just gets better from there.Our two year old LOVES it.

Its a great place. We went for an annual festival and it was great fun. The feeling of experiencing country Farm life is priceless. The facility has lots of domestic animals from Sheep's, Lamas, Horses, Chicken and exotic peacocks. My son had lots of fun while riding the mini ride, feeding horse and to top it up lots of ice cream in the end. Must visit place.

I've been a member of Theo's (formerly Springdell) farm share for nearly 10 years, and I can confidently say their produce is exceptional. From the vibrant spring garlic scapes to the juicy summer tomatoes and the sweet, nutty fall honeynut squash, everything is top-notch.

Today, Farmer Jamie gave us a delightful surprise: an invitation to pick flowers from an acre of field that was resting from vegetable production. The sight was unbelievably beautiful and just another testament to the unique perks of being part of this CSA.

Theo's consistently delivers quality and innovation in their farming practices. I highly recommend them—this is farming done right. Support local and enjoy fresh, delicious produce!

We have been a CSA member for the last year and have been shopping at SpringDell for many years. We now buy nearly all our groceries at the farm stand. We love the wonderful quality of their meat, produce, and all of the carefully selected products inside. Some of our favorite meats include their ground beef, Delmonico steak, lamb, pork chops, bacon, and new additions of whole chicken and ground turkey. Their produce is top-notch and we look forward to their lettuce, carrots, strawberry, potatoes, onions, and a host of vegetables that we would never try on our own but have grown to love! They source great products in the store including delicious fresh pasta and sauces, pizza crusts, spreads, crackers, cheeses and milks, ice cream, and many more seasonal items that we love. The shop has fun items and gifts like candles, soaps/lotions, potato chips, corn chips and salsa, cookbooks, chocolate, trail mix, pepperoni stick - it’s amazing how much they fit inside the store! But the real joy behind shopping at SpringDell is knowing that we are buying local, we know our farmer and her staff, and they know us. It really is a special place and we are lucky to have SpringDell in our community. I know people who drive an hour for their CSA pick ups as it’s a joy to be part of the program. In the summer we get to pick flowers, pick herbs, and join special events enhancing our community experience. The kids love visiting the animals in the back of the farmstand and we’ve enjoyed many and evening at SpringDell with food trucks and celebrations like Halloween.

What a great place to visit to get not only fresh produce, but take a walk up behind the farm stand and visit all the animals! They also have a wonderful field of sunflowers to walk through!

Theo's is a local treasure! They are set up like a roadside stand, so you can get in and out quickly with their own local vegetables, eggs, grass-fed beef, pork, lamb, and poultry. They also have partnered with other local farms to offer fruits, dairy, beans and grains - so I can get ALMOST everything I need right here! They offer CSA's year 'round...there is nothing better than getting fresh, local greens in the middle of the winter!

The trails and barnyard are a bonus! My granddaughters love feeding time on Thursday evenings.
