So I love to make braciola for thanksgiving instead of Turkey and all the rest. Being Italian and wanting to be sure the veal, yes veal, not flank steak, or even pounded out fillet, I’ve used that before. VEAL it is what’s needed to make it best. Oh boy did I find the very very best VEAL. ROSSOTTI’S Has it over all others. Everyone has their own way of doing their special dishes. I’ll serve this for thanksgiving with sides and over pasta will be more than enough. For Christmas the stuffed calamari over Angel hair specialty around noon then dinner will be veal chops Parmesan crusted to perfection, with olive oil, garlic dip for bread and veggies. With a side of roasted potatoes, and garlic, mixed with artichoke bottoms, onions, and parsley. Again to each their own Recipe is something I wouldn’t think of talking you out of. Or even posting my own would be considered disrespecting the family history. So when your looking for the best in VEAL off any cut ROSSOTTI’S off the place.
