Screens are great quality and are delivered very quickly. I needed to talk to customer service about installation (it was me, not them...). This is definitely the best company I've talked to in a very long time. They are responsive, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Custom doors are terrible! They are not intuitively east to assemble as they claim, the instructions don't explain anything, the frame always comes damaged or milled incorrectly IF they even come in at the size you ordered at all! They screw the package of screws down under the handle so the handle falls apart obtaining that and if that happens just say goodbye to the spring inside the handle! Customer service comes off rude. I used this company twice and I will NEVER use them again! Anyone looking for custom screen doors, I definitely urge you to go elsewhere and avoid the guaranteed headache you would get with these doors!

Only good things to say about RiteScreen. Jody (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was instrumental in helping me pick the right size. I am GLAD I called her, because initially, I was a bit off (like a quarter inch) in measurement, and the screen door she helped me order, fits LIKE A GLOVE. It fits as good, or even BETTER than the original screen. And they are very smooth to open/close too.

One thing to consider when ordering, I got the PET screens, which are a stronger material, and a bit darker too, so they are MUCH more easily seen by my squirrel chasing dogs, and (as I am getting older) they ALSO help me to avoid running face first into the screen.

Not only do I highly recommend RiteScreen for your replacement screens, I will be ordering 2 more for my other 2 patio doors, now that I know I have the right size.

Stay away! Been trying to get some screens shipped to me. Ordered them with 90% mesh and they sent with insect screen. Then they told me just to screen them myself. Then they said they would order everything in to have them made still nothing. This has been going on for almost 6 months. Communication is terrible. I tried to call the Sales Rep never returned my phone call. Emails once in a while. And basically says he has no idea what’s going on.

Had to set up an account to order screen corners which is fine but it took over two weeks to get the account going and I had to hound them four times to keep it moving. When I could finally order I was told I had to find the per box qty in their catalog to place my order because they couldn't look it up for me So I had to spend the next half hour trying to find my part out of thousands (I had the part number but they don't have a search button). Don't wast your time, I'm in sales and service and the way I was treated would never be allowed, worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Absolutely the worst company on the planet. I ordered some screens from Rite Screen through another company in October of 2018. It took over 2 months to make them. I was given a lead time of 4 weeks. When they didn't show up I emailed and called. I did this for 3 weeks. After constantly calling my supplier and asking for a status They said Rite Screen supposedly shipped them. They never showed up. So after another week I called my seller and asked them to look into it and Rite screen never returned their phone calls. After hounding them every other day for 5 weeks and asking my supplier to call them every day until something happens, they replied with this statement " they are being shipped 2/8/19" . No apology, explanation or discount. After making me wait almost 4 months they should have given them to me free. My customer has been very patient but has had a health inspector breathing down his neck because these screens are used in a food production facility. I have to greatly discount the screens to him now and wont make any profit at all.
Do not buy from this company. There is no customer service. They have gotten way too big from selling to Amazon , Lowes, Sears, Home Depot and other chain stores. They have 7 locations nation wide. That has hurt them greatly. They don't care about the end customer. The reviews from their employees at Indeed and Glass door tell it all. Mismanagement, bipolar managers, drugs, no respect for employees and lots more.

Pick up a live load 40k lbs, small yard has 2 door at the dock to make the pick up, tight place to maneuver and back up to the dock, nice person work at the dock.
In and out 90 minutes.
