My husband and I just got married at the Old Elm and our wedding was so beautiful! Theresa is incredible to work with. She is quick to respond to questions and always helpful in her responses. She put so much thought and care into our special day, making us feel her investment in ensuring our day was perfect.

The farm is gorgeous! We loved how the barn was decorated for our reception and loved the beautiful view of the flatirons from the barn windows. The machine shop offers additional, comfortable space for guests to hang out in. The ceremony space outdoors is lovely, with an arbor, beautiful trees and a great view of the flatirons. There are so many great spots for photographs and also for guests to hang out and mingle. The donkeys are so cute, too, and our guests loved petting them and watching them. We couldn't have dreamed of a better wedding venue.

Best hosting venue in the area! The farm grounds are well kept and complete with a front range view of Boulder. Theresa is an amazing host and is very flexible with ensuring the venue accommodates whatever type of event. We held our annual client appreciation event there and will be returning moving forward!

There aren't enough stars to express how wonderful our event was at The Old Elm. Theresa and her team took care of us from start to finish and went above and beyond any expectations we had. We brought a corporate group and they haven't stopped talking about the venue and event. She even arranged a perfect sunset for group pictures. We can't wait to host our next event there. Words can't describe how lovely the venue is and don't even get us started on Cooper, Lily and Dunken!

Theresa is a saint! I loved all my bridal vendors, but I hold a special place in my heart for The Old Elm. Despite the June rainstorms, our day there was magical! People & Pollinators Action Network was thrilled to host our annual fundraising event at Old Elm last weekend. This beautiful and historic property was the perfect setting for the celebratory event, with plenty of space to spread out on the grounds and enjoy the lovely views. We had a company dinner at Old Elm, which exceeded our expectations - the CEO was raving about the experience from beginning to end. Theresa and her team went above and beyond to make sure our team was comfortable and created exactly the environment I'd hoped for. Beautifully decorated, conveniently laid out, and the ambiance of the campfire they set up was just icing on the cake. Theresa and her team know how to read a group and create an amazing experience. We will be back again.
