Today was an open house day at the mill and we took a tour of the ground and buildings. Bring able to see the interior of the mill with all the equipment was fantastic. Only the water wheel was operating today but we plan on going back when they are making corn meal with the stones etc. The mill is really well preserved and still operates as it did 200 years ago. Recommended.

Looking for an event venue? You can stop looking at the Mill. The entire team was amazing! They made the planning go very smoothly even stepping in to help coordinate with the tent vendor and following up throughout the process to ensure we had a successful event. They provided on site attendants during the normal Mill tour hours to ensure our areas were not interfered with. I can't say enough about the team, the location or the experience!

The mill is practically in my backyard, but I have never been there until recently. I attended a fundraising event at the mill and had a wonderful time enjoying the historic mill, the natural beauty of the location and the local catering and live music. Since then they have asked our company to make some videos for them to help promote their venue. Each event they have hosted has been elegant and memorable. Great venue!

This is a must visit -- one of the few working grist mills in the USA, in an excellent state of preservation. The volunteers who work here are great, truly knowledgeable and helpful. Once every month, they have a demonstration day where you can see the mill in operation from multiple viewpoints. An idyllic location.
