This venue is great and overall an amazing experience. I've been to a show in Hell and Heaven. Hell is smaller, but I like the setup a lot. Heaven is much bigger with tiered balconies, which was nice. However, the merch setup was not ideal. It was on the side of the venue next to where everyone was standing for the show. Which made it nearly impossible to get to the tables. Other than that, I love this venue, and I will definitely be back.

It's a really great venue and they do a great job with security. I felt 100% safe. Cool little kitchen where you can get a quick hotdog or hamburger. And inside it feels like a cool place to see a show. Awesome service at the gigantic bar inside.

The Masquerade was a great venue. Very happy to have the free water refill stations and easy access to the bathroom upstairs around the balcony. My son was super excited about the all ages venue. I will say $7 for a Gatorade was a bit steep when the beer was also $7! You could see the whole stage from the balcony. I wish the merch area was a little larger. But it worked out well. We had a great time.

Iโ€™ve been to quite a few concert venues throughout the SE and The Masquerade isnโ€™t high on the list.

Some positives - love the affordable and safe parking garage right outside the complex. I like that you get screened with security as you enter the courtyard and then you can walk around. The food stand in the corner was priced well and had nice service.

The negatives were really the venue itself. โ€œdark and dirtyโ€ were how I would describe it. It just felt like no one really cared about keeping it up and the audio wasnโ€™t great either although you never know whose fault that is.

Such a great venue in a perfect location. We attended a show in Heaven, but all the other areas were awesome as well. My favorite venue by far that I've ever been to

Finally made it to the new location for the Masquerade! I like the setup, but I was only there for a show in heaven, Yngwie Malmsteen. I thought I'd bought seats in the balcony, but must have been mistaken, as the stairs were closed off. This proved to be a huge problem, as I can no longer stand for a show like I did in the 80's, so I tried to be comfortable leaning on the bar or squatting in the back. Since the entrance remained open, I caught a lovely cold/flu. The pain became too much, and I had to leave early. But the show was great, I enjoyed the venue, except for the lack of seats. I'll be back I'm sure, but I'll be sitting down if I am, I'm not afraid to bring a wheelchair if allowed!
