We took our 4th grade Girl Scout troop here for a 2 hour adventure consisting of horseback riding, learning about caring for animals, and made an adorable fairy garden. The girls had an amazing time even in the rain! They spent time in the charming warm cottage making their craft. They learned a lot and Emily and her staff were gracious with their time and excellent with the kids. Top notch place all around!!! Thank you!! We will be back!!!!!

We had my daughter’s 7th birthday party at The Maker Farm and it was the most wonderful experience. Emily kept all the kids busy and happy with stories, crafts, horse rides, and bunny snuggles. Emily’s enthusiasm and passion for her animals and crafting is truly impressive. The kids and adults all had an amazing time, and I highly recommend The Maker Farm for any event! Thank you Maker Farm…we can’t wait to visit again!

We recently had a birthday party on the farm, with Emily as our host. She completely blew us away with the entire party!! From the amazing custom decorations, to the wonderful activities she had planned it was BY FAR the best birthday party my daughter has ever had. All of our guests were raving about how much fun their children were having, and everyone appreciated all of Emily's efforts. The party started with a beautiful story time on blankets, where Emily made the story so fun and engaging. Then the kids made gardens, and also crafted clay bunnies for their gardens. After that, they got to meet the animals and feed carrots/pet the animals and also did a bunny circle. Then (if that wasn't enough!) all the kids got a nice long ride on a horse! The entire time Emily was so kind, full of energy and excitement with the kids, and full of fun stories and conversation with the parents. She is an incredible person. We ended with pizza and cupcakes, in her beautifully decorated event space. Thank you Emily, we are so grateful!!!

I attended a toddler birthday party at Maker Farm and had such a wonderful experience! Miss Emily, the owner, is incredibly thoughtful and kind. The entire farm is very clean with lots of animals to admire/feed. We really enjoyed the horse ride and the barn the party was in is a perfect boho chic scene. We can’t wait to go back!

The Maker Farm is amazing! My toddler and I love spending our Friday morning at the farm for their wonderful storytime which includes not only the cute stories and songs, but also a craft, pony rides and visiting all the animals! Our visit really starts our weekend off with such a cheery, active start.

I find it amazing that Emily and her husband open up their home/farm to the community. It's very generous.

Also - her crafts are absolutely adorable and so much thought and detail goes into them. I am always doing crafts at home with my son and none compare to how amazing her ideas and execution are!

Attended a wonderful wreath making class here. We walked the farm, collecting a variety of greens, grasses, berries and seed pods. Visited the horses, goats, sheep, ponies and bunnies along the way, and were accompanied by several curious chickens.

Then back to the "tractor shed", a small building set up for crafts, with more things to decorate our wreaths, including ribbon and little birds. Emily showed us how to make wreaths and make bows while we enjoyed hot cocoa and gingersnaps. Our wreaths came out much better than any of us expected, and all 6 of us had a great time!

We attended a child’s birthday party here and it was simply AMAZING. You can tell the owners love what they do and take pride in their farm, and were incredibly friendly and sweet. The party itself included canvas painting, feeding the horses, and even riding the horses. It was such a great experience that we will definitely have to come back again!
