Called this company to get information to see if I was heading in the right direction for finding a product manufacturer and to see if they do any distribution or not and felt a bit off with the entire engagement of who answered the call. He was more inquisitive and demeaning then helpful and unable to educate me on what this company actually does or it’s full scope. Mentioning that I sounded like a “small company” as if! Yup! I am small, but mighty with over $300k in sales in the past few years. My takeaway was he was just very rude and not professional, he made me feel as if my little inquiries were just that….Just a suggestion, maybe allocate your inquiries calls to a dedicated professional/ member whom can help and remember that you too had to learn and taking the time to guide the people in the right direction reigns more successful & insightful even helpful, than to come across as an arrogant bothered individual. Though the engagement was less than deserving. I wish you the best! I am hopeful that my engagement with you to find out about this company was not a stuck reflection of your overall values.
