If some car park on these parking lots (photo) across driver entrence door, you will need park truck blind side on docks 16, 17 and 18 which would be really difficult, not much space for trucks......

We had an appointment set for 6:30 AM so we arrived the night before and stayed on the property no issues but not a lot of room to maneuver so make sure you check it out before you try to pull all the way in there is nowhere to go turn around. Fast unloading and nice people.

These people are friendly and polite.. The second picture with the doc's, is where to maneuver, in order to set yourself to Back In... since backing into docks into this facility is a bit tight... they are quick if you are unloading my appt was @12pm got done @12:37pm. Cannot comment on loading procedures. They have restrooms and One free beverage((Soda/Can)) in the refrigerator. You cannot miss it when you enter the building. It is within eyesight. They will tell you it's free if you ask for one. There is a Walmart not too far off((4/6min)), where you can park overnight. Other than that, receiving cut off is at 2 p.m. "Sharp" no matter What.

I have recently come into contact with their shipping department. These people are amazing and world class. They make doing business with them a pleasure. Also, their phone routing system is super detailed and second to none. As a local boy, they make me proud to say I am from the same area. If everyone did business like them, the world would be a better place.

Will not deliver here again. Got here at 7 and was told it would be about and hour to 2 hours before getting unloaded. I don’t understand why given there is only one other truck here. It is now 11, 4 hours later and still sitting here. The man in receiving was extremely rude. Referring to me as “lady” when I called and asked the status on my unload.

Little tight, but nice guys. IN and OUT in 1h. My appointment was scheduled for Friday at 1pm I called them and they moved it to Thursday 12pm I arrived Thursday@ 9 am they unloaded me in 1h.

Very nice people. Within 5 minutes 2 separate forklift drivers asked if I had been helped and offered me a free cold drink. They take lunch between 11am to 1145am. Front office lady where I thanked them for restrooms and cold drink was also very nice.
