Got a very good deal on a Valentine’s Day package, we got tri tip wagyu steaks for an excellent price + charcuterie and cake. I love the atmosphere of the shop, I got to take a look around while they got our order together and found a bunch of fun goodies to buy. Looking into their meat case was tempting too, they have beautiful cuts that I’m definitely going to return for. If you’re looking to get yourself something nice for dinner or if you want a higher quality meat I would definitely recommend. Staff was very friendly and helpful too!

Always so fresh and I love that everything is so local, unless it’s something they import from Hungary! Can’t go wrong with any steak and they will cut them to the perfect size for you. The crew is also so helpful with telling you the best way to cook something.

First off, my first impressions of the place were good - stopped here four times the past year (not sure how long they been open). The sausage and some items were decent, I've stopped here to try difference in quality/taste. I do realize the location does not seem ideal and it comes with a premium price (property taxes are very high in the area), but given that I just want to enjoy good beef/pork cuts. I called here to get a pork picnic/shoulder cut, wanted to try out their version. Much to my surprise the price was very high (over 10 times the price of my other location). I asked for the picnic cut, when it was on the scale I wanted to retract from buying it, but didn't want to disservice the staff working and ended up buying it (over $160 for the 13lbs. cut). As I mentioned, it was over 5 to 10 times the price of other places (including local butchers) I've been going to for years. The place is decent, but the pricing is very steep so be prepared. The place is nice and the front service area staff are helpful. They do have some other items such as pickled veggies, those I have to say are priced adequately and worth it. The Sausage was decent and decent price point.

We’ve been to the Hungarian Butcher several times now visiting family in Columbus. We’ve had their burgers, different sausages, and most recently a pan of their cabbage rolls. All have been excellent. Staff is always friendly and helpful as well.

Once I opened the door I just knew I found my new Butcher. The smells were amazing. The service was excellent. Donnie answered all my questions and had plenty of information for me. He sliced my pork belly to the thickness I wanted. Everything was great. The presentation was excellent. Would highly recommend them for any of your meats or poultry. They also have a hot foods menu!!!

I appreciate their transparency where they source their meats.
Beside raw produce there are a lot prepared foods including cheese plates.
We tried the Sakura wagyu and it was delicious. The house made dill pickles were crunchy and good.

I grew up eating corned beef hash out of a can. On a recent visit I spied a container of their homemade version. O. M. G. I hope they keep making it all year, not just post-St-Patrick’s day.
