If you’re looking for quality products at a low and fair price alongside saving time, The Holton Homestead is the way to go! My favorite is their gift boxes they do for any occasion! The box I chose came with a mini blueberry honey, a mini regular honey, beeswax flower candle, a beeswax lip balm, a lavender lotion bar, a personalized card, and honey dipper at a cheap price! It was also all wrapped and ready to go for me in a cute and neatly presented box with tissue paper and ribbons at no extra cost. Life saving moment/time savor!!

They work SO HARD around the clock to make sure their products are perfected. From their honey lemonade to beeswax candles, multiple flavored honeys, honey lemonade popsicles, flavored butter, and much much more…there isn’t a product I haven’t tried and don’t love. They’re at the downtown Des Moines farmers market, Ankeny Farmers Market, and Valley Juction Farmers market…all in the same week often! You can also buy things from their store at their homestead and they deliver eggs sometimes. I don’t know how they do it all but everything is amazing!!

Absolutely LOVE their products. I get the Creamed Cinnamon Honey and put it on my oatmeal and in my tea. It is amazing! Will soon be trying the infused garlic honey with some chicken. They make it very easy to purchase from them as well. Love this small business!!!!!!

Tyler Holton is a hard working, generous and honest man. I bought 2 nucs of bees from him and he definitely went out of his way to help me with them. The best bee experience I have had in 5 years of beekeeping! Definitely will be back!
