Excellent service from initial enquiry to receipt of product. On the lookout for an ethical mutton supplier, I came across their website and Facebook blog, and liked the sound of what they were up to. All emails were responded to quickly and Andy explained the process / pricing (which is great value for such a product) clearly. I was in no rush so he intentionally delayed shipping until after the weekend to mitigate any problems with the courier and it arrived, still freshly frozen, less than 24 hours later. I've not had chance to try any yet as it only arrived yesterday but the colour and marbling looks great. Very pleased.
