Finally got a chance to stop at the Filling Station NLR, and let me tell you, this place is amazing. They have LOCAL EVERYTHING! In the store, there's jewlery, ice cream, fresh vegetables, honey, and even Lost Forty beer. All I can say is WOW! My stop at the food truck stand was absolutely worth it. North Bar Mobile Kitchen is fire! I had the caramelized onion burger with garlic aoli sauce and steak fries......chefs kiss baby! Five stars for the Filling Station NLR!

First of all the lady on the red truck in the picture was very nice. She presented me with a platter that had a little bit of everything on it for me to try so I did. They are just getting started here but go and show these ladies some support. Now the store I must say I will be back

I rode my bicycle to this place on a Saturday.

I wanted to check out The Dark Side Coffee then remembered I've driven by this place a million times and was overdue to check it out.

It was a sunny Saturday and the owner woman said no one was there, like they usually are, because it was 100 something degrees.

I live without A/C line our recent ancestors and soon most of us if the green devil's get their wish and shut everything off so it's no big deal to me.

I asked if they have live music since she was aying classic rock on a stereo hooked up to her phone and she said occasionally and that they were working on. Friday night(?) karaoke.

If you want to support this place, buy the stuff they sell. The food truck is a mutual benefit setup without profit sharing.

What do they sell? I bought a $4+ tax Diamond seltzer that is local, which I hadn't heard of before. All seltzers taste light and refreshing. How could one be better than another?

I bought the Thai noodles with shrimp from a food truck.

It's all about the great sauce. They make it mild unless you request different. I chose medium and was happy with that.

There was a ton of sauce left over which seemed a shame to toss in the trash so take it home or get more fried won ton noodles to soak it up.

Inside the filling station they had coolers of canned alcohol and probably sodas, slices of cake in a cooler. Cookies, fried pies in a cooler, fresh produce like berries, tomatoes, watermelons, peaches, kiwi.

There were some decorative signs saying show me how to love and other words.

There is an outdoor seating section in the back with metal lawn chairs that was pretty sunny, a garage area with fans that had tables made of doors with high backed nice two way booths with chairs on the other side of the tables and an outdoor area up front with some umbrellas.

The owner woman was nice and also works as a nurse.

Nice little market and great people. I always try to support our local stores whenever possible. They usually have great food trucks there, but the impending rain changed their plans.

Fork in the road was here today. It's worth all the stars, not to mention the staff at the station are amazing and very knowledgeable. Can't wait to try my fresh veggies n chocolate milk!

Really unique place to grab a bite! Rotations of delicious food trucks and local jellies, fruits, and vegetables! Grab a beer from one of our local breweries if you want and find a shady spot to relax.

Accidentally found this place, my husband saw a filipino food truck. Need to stop by and try the food, and we loved it!! Lot of goodies inside that we checked also, outdoor sitting is available.
