How much love can you squeeze into a sandwich and killer sides? I have been to The Farmer’s Wife in Sebastopol and Point Reyes and have never been disappointed.

The BLT with Heirloom Tomato is off the charts, and I waffle between truffle fries or the most incredible/beautiful/flavorful side salads you will find. Kendra and the team do a phenomenal job sourcing from local purveyors and producing highly craveable food. Almost too good to share, but the portions are always good enough for two meals.

One of our favorite eateries anywhere. Yes, the prices aren’t cheap, but you get what you pay for and it’s worth every penny!

Some of the tastiest sandwiches & salads around. I love the chicken breast sammie with a side salad. Sweet, savory, acidic & bursting with flavor. Kendra knows what’s up! Whenever I’m up this way I always try to pay this local spot a visit. Worth every penny.

Well, overblown reviews make for high expectations. After reading some of the reviews here, we decided to try ourselves. The sandwiches Ham and Tam, and Vegetabalicious were good, the side salads as well. "The best we've ever had"? Not hardly. Worth $30.- and 28.- respectively? You decide. Very generous portions? - Not if you are hungry.
P.S.: this should have gone under the Point Reyes location.

Wow. We went on the recommendation of a locall. Had an awesome melt and a salad that was artistic, scrumptious, and fair priced. Lots a good looking food in the Barlow, but this is a must.

I live in Sonoma Co. and am always eating great food. So when I heard about this place I was dubious as it was put to me as the best sandwich in the state. Well after eating the Moroccan lamb Sammy and sampling some stew I was convinced. The sandwich has now been haunting my dreams and waking hour it was so amazing. Thank you Kendra and thank you to the Farmers Wife team.

No sandwich is ever worth over $30. And the portions look small. Who wants to pay $35 to still feel hungry? If you are a man of any decent size, you will not feel full. Maybe a woman, but if you have a male metabolism please go anywhere else and save a ton of money.

Thank you Reddit for showing us what a joke of a restaurant this is.
